Maintenance Contracts and Repaints
Reactive maintenance is expensive. Planned maintenance is smart. EHG Property work with commercial property owners, letting agents, property managers and housing associations across Leeds and Yorkshire to deliver scheduled painting and decorating programmes, keeping properties in top condition and avoiding the cost of emergency repairs
What is a planned maintenance contract?
A planned maintenance contract is a scheduled programme of inspections and decorating works, agreed in advance and
built around the needs of your property or portfolio. Rather than waiting for paint to fail or complaints to arrive, we carry
out regular visits to catch issues early, maintain a consistent standard and keep your costs predictable.
Contracts include:
• Regular condition surveys and property inspections
• Scheduled repaints of internal and external surfaces
• Touch-up and repair works between full redecoration cycles
• Multi-site contracts - one contractor, consistent standard across your portfolio
• Out of hours and weekend working to minimise disruption to occupiers
• Detailed records of all works carried out
Who is it for?
Planned maintenance contracts work particularly well for property managers and letting agents with large portfolios,
commercial landlords with multiple units, housing associations with cyclical decoration programmes, and facilities
managers responsible for maintaining commercial premises to a consistent standard year-round.
Cyclical Repaints
For clients who don't require a full maintenance contract, we also deliver cyclical repaints, scheduled full redecorations
carried out at agreed intervals. We'll survey your property, agree a specification and programme, and deliver the works
on time and on budget.
